Blue Cheese Crostini with Honey & Walnuts

Ingredients:
- 1 medium baguette cut into 12 slices
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 ounces walnuts, chopped
- ¼ cup Kingston Premium Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup honey, for drizzling
Directions:
- Cut the baguette in 12 equal size slices.
- Drizzle olive oil on top as well as salt and toast in an oven at 350 degrees until golden. Let cool completely.
- Toast the walnuts in an oven at 350 degrees for 5-10min or until golden. Let cool and then chop roughly.
- Use a fork to separate the blue cheese into small chunks.
- Put a small amount of blue cheese on each toast, then add some walnuts.
- Finish with a drizzle of honey
