Shipping & Returns: Bringing Our Wisconsin Goodness to You
At Kingston Co-op, we're dedicated to ensuring your handcrafted cheese arrives fresh and ready to be enjoyed, no matter where you are. Because our cheese is a perishable delight, we kindly ask that you let your lucky recipient know a delivery is on its way so they can eagerly await its arrival and refrigerate it immediately!
Cheese Shipping
We ship our precious cargo via reliable UPS service, delivering Tuesday through Friday. You can even select a preferred delivery date during checkout, up to 60 days in advance – perfect for planning ahead for those special occasions. While we aim for your cheese to arrive on your chosen date, please remember that delivery timelines can sometimes shift by a day, so for important events, selecting a delivery a day or two early is always a good idea.
Please double-check those addresses! We aren't responsible for cheese that goes astray due to an incorrect shipping address. Any address correction fees assessed by UPS will, unfortunately, need to be passed along. Also, UPS can only deliver to physical addresses, so please no P.O. Boxes for cheese shipments. While we don't require a signature for delivery, if your recipient has a "signature release only" policy with UPS, we can't be held responsible for any cheese that becomes damaged or expires because the delivery couldn't be completed.

If you have any concerns about your cheese, please email us right away (but no later than 3 days after it arrives) at info@kingstoncoop.org. Tell us what you ordered, when it arrived, and what the issue is. We'll get back to you quickly to find a solution.
