Handcrafted in Wisconsin by Amish cheesemakers using traditional methods and pasture-raised milk. 
Aged for over 90 days, Kingston Gorgonzola delivers a perfect balance of savory depth and nutty sweetness. Each batch is handcrafted by a small Amish cooperative in central Wisconsin using milk from pasture-raised herds of just twenty cows, hand-milked with care and tradition. The result is a cheese that’s bold yet remarkably smooth, echoing generations of craftsmanship and simplicity.
