Our cows live and graze on pasture whenever Wisconsin weather allows. Their care, and the care we take in the land itself, is the foundation of every cheese we make.

Using closed-loop, low-impact practices, from manure-as-fertilizer to horse-drawn fieldwork, we farm with the rhythm of the seasons, not against it.
