Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups heavy cream
  • 3 to 4 ounces crumbly Kingston Gorgonzola 
  • 3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¾ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

Directions:

  • In a medium saucepan, add the heavy cream, Gorgonzola, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  • Warm over medium heat, stirring often, until the cheeses melt into the cream and the sauce thickens slightly. Avoid boiling, gentle heat keeps the sauce smooth.
  • Stir in the minced parsley.
  • Pour the warm Gorgonzola sauce generously over steak and garnish with an extra sprinkle of chopped parsley.​
